FAO/WHO seeking data and experts on control of STEC in Meat and Dairy products

The Joint FAO/WHO Expert Meetings on Microbial Risk Assessment (JEMRA) provides scientific advice on microbial food safety issues. We have recently released a call for experts and data to help inform new work on the control of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) in meats and dairy products.
