Addendum to: "Italian Arthroplasty Registry Project. Approaching data quality. Third Report 2016". English version of Tables and Figures
The publication of the Addendum to the Third RIAP Report 2016 aims to support the international dissemination of the Italian Registry activities and results.
It includes an Executive Summary presenting the Registry project and its organization and all the Tables and Figures of Chapters 4 and 5, referring to the analyses performed on the national Hospital Discharge Records and on the Registry databases, respectively.

In this Addendum to the Second Report, all the Tables and Figures of Chapter 4 and 5, describing statistical analyses on joint arthroplasty from national Hospital Discharge Record (HDR) database 2001-2013 and RIAP data 2014, have been translated in English for a comprehensive reading worldwide.

The book titled “Italian Arthroplasty Registry Project. Towards the operativeness. Second Report”, was presented by Marina Torre, RIAP Project Leader, during the “100° National Congress of the Italian Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (Rome, 7-10 November 2015). The Report is intended to continue the activities already started after the publication of the First Report. The aim is to make aware health professionals and decision makers, as well as patients, about the central role of a national arthroplasty registry.
